It is a will or trust created by Quicken Willmaker Plus 2007 considered a legal document?
I plan to create my own will and trust document Willmaker along with Quicken 2007 and can not find any information if the document you print with this software is considered a legal document or not other words, it legal value and can remain in the courtroom.
If considered a legal document. You may want to check with their local requirrements statements, but in general notarized as long as it is valid. IE: A person who deserves his own handwriting and is notarized, it is recognized almost 99.9% of the time in the United States.
